Appointment Change, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
Appointment Change Policy:

Clients may request to change their appointment time or date up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used during booking, and the amount will be credited back to your original account within the designated processing time.
No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the full appointment fee will be charged.

To avoid being considered a no-show, please ensure to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour timeframe.

The no-show fee will be charged to the payment method used during booking, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointments.
