About
Support that meets you where you are

If you're here, you're likely feeling like things aren't the way you'd like them to be and are ready for change. You don't have to have it all figured out, come as you are now and we will work together to create balance and safety in order to shift things.

I offer therapeutic services to children, teens, adults, couples, and families, supporting people as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and the ongoing work of healing and growth that comes with being human.

Working Together

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to explore and even change their minds, and understood enough to begin seeing themselves and the world differently.

Our work together is collaborative and paced to meet your needs and capacity. We'll focus on building a solid foundation by developing insight, strengthening tools, expanding perspective, and supporting growth that feels sustainable and true to you.

What You Can Expect

In our sessions, you’ll find a non-judgmental and brave space where your experiences are taken seriously and your feelings are met with care.

I aim to listen deeply, help you make sense of patterns and experiences, and support you in reconnecting with your strengths, values, and capacity for resilience.

A Whole-Person Perspective

I take a holistic view of well'bering, recognizing that our emotional lives are shaped by relationships, environments, history, and identity. Therapy isn't just about managing symptoms, it's about understanding the full context of who you are and what you need to feel more grounded and whole.

I am a registered social worker and psychotherapist with a degree in Indigenous Social Work from Laurentian University. My work is informed by a respect for relationality, context, and the many ways people carry and express their experiences.

Let’s Connect

Finding the right therapist is an important step. I offer a free 15-minute Zoom call so we can talk briefly about your needs, answer questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
