About Me
Welcome! I’m Claire, a registered social worker and psychotherapist with a degree in Indigenous Social Work from Laurentian University. I specialize in providing compassionate psychotherapy and counseling services to children, teens, adults, and couples.
My Approach
Through both my professional training and personal journey, I’ve developed a deep understanding of resilience and healing. I’m committed to offering you a solid, supportive foundation as you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work to equip you with the tools and strategies you need to create the life you envision.
What You Can Expect
In our sessions, nothing is too overwhelming, too complex, or too sensitive to discuss. You’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings. I am here to listen with compassion, validate your experiences, and guide you towards unlocking the strengths you already possess.
A Whole-Person Approach
I believe in a holistic approach to healing, where every part of you is considered. My goal is to help you discover the keys to your own well-being and empower you to use them effectively.
Let’s Connect
If you’re seeking a therapist who offers a whole-person approach to healing, I’d love to connect. I offer a free 15-minute discovery Zoom call so we can ensure we’re a good fit before starting our work together.
